The bracing, frosty weather failed to put off the seven keen cyclists on their trip to Bedgebury Forest. We split into two groups - the keen off-roaders and the more sedate cyclists. The off-roaders took the single-track mountain bike trail, which was muddy, hilly and challenging and covered about 10 miles. Only a few crashes into muddy puddles, we hear! The sedate cyclists took the forest's family trail, covering about 6 miles. The criss-crossing cycle tracks meant it was possible for indiviudal's to take off on their own, either on purpose or (in my case) by accident. And to top off a great morning, was a stop-over at the tea-room at the end of the ride!

Excellent bike ride, not many hills (mostly down!) and not to long. Would definitely do again.
